About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through. 

The Claims Coordinator is responsible for the day to day customer service and administration of property insurance claims.  You will be dealing with clients, internal staff members and customers. A background of building knowledge is desired but the right work ethic will get you over the line.

Key Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a high level of communication with all stakeholders
  • Liaising with the policyholder throughout the life of the repair on key decisions relating to their works
  • Liaising with insurance companies and loss adjusters throughout the total claim life
  • Assisting with daily telephone calls, emails and administration
  • Processing new claims, arranging estimators and submitting quotes while adhering to KPIs
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Keeping constant and up-to-date correspondence in database

 Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Property Insurance Claims and/or a have a solid property/facilities/construction background
